Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what these Terms cover

Telography ("Telography", "we", "us", or "our") is an automated content service operated under the name "saasagentai", the trading name of an individual sole proprietor based in Canada. Telography delivers curated and AI-assisted news and content to subscribers primarily through the Telegram messaging platform, with access and billing managed through the Whop marketplace ("Whop").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "your", or the "user") and us, governing your access to and use of the bot, channels, content, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By purchasing, subscribing to, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide to us and to Whop is accurate.

You are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party platform you use to access the Service, including Telegram's and Whop's own terms and policies.

3. Subscriptions, plans, and billing

The Service is offered on tiered plans, which may include a Free tier and paid tiers (for example "Pro" and "Business"). Features, delivery frequency, content volume, and limits vary by tier and may change over time.

Paid subscriptions are sold and billed through Whop. By subscribing you authorize Whop and its payment processors to charge the applicable recurring fee to your chosen payment method until you cancel. Prices, billing intervals, and plan features are those displayed on our Whop listing at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You may cancel at any time through your Whop account; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the current paid period.

We do not control and are not responsible for fees, currency conversion, or payment handling performed by Whop or its processors. All fees are stated exclusive of any taxes that may apply.

4. No refunds

All sales are final. Because the Service provides immediate access to digital content and software-based delivery, we do not offer refunds or credits for any subscription fees already paid, whether for partial billing periods, unused access, or otherwise, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Please review our separate Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5. License and acceptable use

Subject to these Terms and your payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service, and to publish and display the content the Service generates and delivers to you ("Delivered Content") on the Telegram channel(s) that you own or control and have connected to the Service.

On the Free tier this license is limited to personal, non-commercial use and evaluation. On paid tiers (for example "Pro" and "Business"), you may also use Delivered Content for your own commercial purposes on your connected channel(s), subject to your tier’s limits and these Terms.

You agree that you will not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service itself — or bulk access to its content — to third parties, or operate the Service on behalf of others, without our prior written permission (publishing Delivered Content to your own connected channel(s) is expressly permitted);
  • Share, forward in bulk, or provide access to your subscription to others, or circumvent tier limits or access controls;
  • Use automated means to scrape, copy, or harvest content outside the delivery mechanisms the Service provides;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the bot, its infrastructure, or connected systems;
  • Use the Service for any unlawful, infringing, harassing, or abusive purpose, or in violation of Telegram's or Whop's terms.

Delivered Content may summarize or reference third-party source material. No rights in that third-party material are granted to you, and you are responsible for ensuring that your publication and use of Delivered Content complies with applicable law and third-party rights.

6. Content, accuracy, and third-party sources

Content delivered through the Service may be aggregated from third-party sources (including public news feeds and RSS sources), curated, translated, summarized, or generated with the assistance of automated and artificial-intelligence tools. Content is provided for general informational purposes only.

We do not warrant that content is accurate, complete, current, or free of errors, and it should not be relied upon as professional, financial, legal, medical, or other specialized advice. Original articles and source material remain the property of their respective owners; references to third-party sources do not imply their endorsement of the Service.

7. Intellectual property

The Telography name, branding, bot design, compilation, formatting, and original materials we create are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.

8. Third-party platforms and services

The Service depends on third-party platforms and providers, including Telegram (message delivery), Whop (access and billing), cloud data storage, and AI/model providers. We are not responsible for the availability, actions, or policies of these third parties, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

9. Service availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, add, or discontinue features, tiers, or the entire Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; material changes take effect when we post the updated Terms or notify subscribers, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or create risk or legal exposure for us or others. You may stop using the Service and cancel through Whop at any time. Sections intended to survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute terms) will continue to apply.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THESE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless saasagentai and Telography from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the operator resides ("Home Jurisdiction"), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The Service is available to users worldwide. Because you may access the Service from anywhere, you are solely responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, and restrictions that apply in your own country or region, and you may not use the Service where doing so would be unlawful.

You agree that any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith informal resolution by contacting us at the email below. Any dispute not resolved informally will be subject to the courts located in the operator's Home Jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence grants you other non-waivable rights.
