This Privacy Policy explains how Telography, operated under the name "saasagentai" by an individual sole proprietor based in Canada ("we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use our automated content Service delivered through Telegram and managed through the Whop marketplace. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

2. Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to operate the Service:

  • Telegram account data: your Telegram user ID, username, first/last name (as shown on Telegram), language setting, and the messages or commands you send to the bot;
  • Subscription and billing data: your plan tier, subscription status, and purchase records. Payment card details are collected and processed by Whop and its payment processors, not by us — we receive confirmation of your subscription status but not your full payment credentials;
  • Usage and preference data: settings you choose, content selections, delivery preferences, interaction history with the bot, and rate-limiting or activity logs used to run the Service;
  • Support data: information you provide when you contact support or interact with our automated support assistant.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver content and features according to your subscription tier;
  • Register and authenticate your account and enforce tier limits and fair use;
  • Personalize content and remember your settings and preferences;
  • Operate automated and AI-assisted features such as content generation, translation, image generation, and support responses;
  • Prevent abuse, spam, and fraud, and maintain the security and reliability of the Service;
  • Communicate with you about your subscription, service changes, and support requests.

4. Automated and AI processing

The Service uses automated systems and third-party artificial-intelligence models to curate, generate, translate, and format content and to power support features. Content you send to the bot and certain account data may be processed by these systems to provide the Service. We do not use this processing to make legally significant decisions about you.

5. How we store and protect data

Account and operational data is stored in secure cloud database infrastructure (including a hosted database provider) with access controls. We retain data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Third parties we share data with

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, including:

  • Telegram — for message and content delivery;
  • Whop — for subscription management, access control, and billing;
  • Cloud database and hosting providers — for storing operational data;
  • AI and model providers — for content generation, embeddings, translation, and support.
  • We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the Service.

Each third party processes data under its own privacy terms. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of Telegram and Whop.

7. Your choices and rights

You can stop the bot at any time, adjust your settings, or cancel your subscription through Whop. Depending on where you live (including certain US states and Canadian provinces), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To request deletion of your account data, contact us and we will remove data that we are not required to retain for legal or legitimate business purposes.

8. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International users and data transfers

The Service is available to users worldwide. Regardless of where you are located, your information may be stored and processed in the United States, Canada, or other countries where we or our service providers operate. These countries may have data-protection laws different from those in your own country. By using the Service you consent to this international transfer and processing of your information. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
